nGAGE Talent is proud to announce that we have been awarded 67th in the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women™.
The Best Workplaces for Women list recognises companies in the UK that are ensuring a reasonable balance of women and men across the organisation; removing barriers to women’s career advancement; and creating workplaces where all employees, regardless of gender, can flourish.
Our inclusion on this exclusive list officially acknowledges our commitment to create a consistently and overwhelmingly positive employee experience, to foster cultures that are proven to drive business, improve lives, and better society.
To compile the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women List, Great Place To Work® analysed the anonymous responses of women in the workplace and considered their daily experiences of innovation, the company’s values, and the effectiveness of their leaders, to ensure they’re consistently experienced, as well.
They then used these data insights to benchmark our company's employee value proposition against the culture our employees actually experience. Only the businesses who achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces™ status.
From our anonymous employee feedback, we can see that overall our team highly commends our inclusive leadership, flexible work arrangements, and ongoing opportunities for growth and development.
One employee referenced this in their feedback:
“At nGAGE, I feel genuinely supported in both my personal and professional development. There’s a real focus on listening, and on creating space for women to thrive and lead.”
Tim Cook, CEO of nGAGE Talent said “Our inclusion in the UK's Best Workplaces for Women List is a testament to the intentional steps we’ve taken to ensure our culture is inclusive, progressive, and empowering. We are committed to fostering an environment where every voice is valued, and every individual has the opportunity to grow – regardless of gender.”
Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work UK says:
“This year’s UK’s Best Workplaces for Women list highlights organisations that are moving beyond good intentions and delivering real, measurable progress. These companies are dismantling outdated norms, prioritising women’s health, and building clear, supported pathways to leadership.
This recognition is driven by what matters most: the voices of women who work there. They’ve said, in their own words, that their workplace is one where they’re respected, empowered, and able to succeed.
Congratulations to nGAGE Talent for leading by example — and showing what a genuinely inclusive workplace can look like.”
This award is our 4th from Great Place To Work over the past 12 months as we also featured in the UK's Best Workplaces 2025 and UK's Best Workplaces for Development 2025 lists!
