Tim Cook

Group CEO

Tim joined the Group as CEO in February 2013 and leads the boards of each company to deliver high-profit growth targets and create value for shareholders. Additionally he works to identify opportunities for further investment. Tim has 30+ years’ recruitment experience and prior to joining the group was Global Head of Digital and Business Innovation at Hays and a management board member.

Adam Herron

Group COO

As COO for nGAGE Adam’s primary responsibilities are leadership of the group, management of the CEO’s and delivery of the group budget. Starting at Eden Brown in 1997, he quickly progressed to Director, before going on to start Matrix SCM and taking sales from zero to over £100M pa. Adam took on the role of COO in 2008 and has played a key role in driving growth.

Andrew Burchall

Group CFO

Andrew joined nGAGE Talent as Chief Financial Officer in September 2015. Aside from his financial duties, he leads the M&A activities of the group. A qualified Chartered Accountant with Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Andrew then worked for Saffery Champness in Corporate Finance before moving into the industry in 2000 and working with Impellam Group and Comensura.

Gary Drew

Group CTO

Gary joined nGAGE Talent as Group CTO in November 2023. He’s an astute leader with 30 years’ experience scaling high-performance teams. As CTO for nGAGE Talent, Gary is responsible for driving the company’s technical vision, strategy, and execution. He has a proven track record of delivering innovative, high-quality products and services, including most recently building and launching Ryalto, the leading communications app for healthcare organisations used by over 100,000 workers.

Louise Hindley

Group CPO

Louise joined nGAGE Talent in July 2021. Louise is a strategic and commercially driven international Chief People Officer with 30 years of HR leadership and people strategy experience in SME and global companies across many industry sectors. In addition to the People agenda, Louise leads the corporate ESG strategy and has a track record of delivering measurable business performance improvement in the organisations she works in.

Vic Khan

Group Head of Offshore Delivery

Vic is an accomplished leader in Talent Acquisition, RPO, MSP, BPO & Offshoring, with over 25 years’ experience in scaling teams globally. Vic has also worked for AMS and built Global Delivery Centres in the UK, Poland, Philippines, China and the US covering onshore, near shore and offshore activities. As well as his role as Group Head of Offshoring, Vic is COO of our RPO & MSP businesses.

Ronnie George

Group Marketing Director

Ronnie joined the group in April 2018 and brought with him not only a unique approach and energy but also 18 years’ experience of B2B and B2C marketing, within both small and large (blue chip) market-leading companies. He has a proven track record of achieving measurable results and providing increased ROI via the delivery of robust business analysis, effective integrated strategy development, activity execution and ongoing measurement.

Geoff Lloyd

Group Chairman

Geoff joined nGAGE Talent as Chairman in October 2014. He is a petrochemical engineer who founded NES Global Talent, specialising in oil and gas, power and infrastructure. Between 1998 and 2012, NES completed four private equity transactions at ever-increasing values, the most recent being the sale to AEA Technology for £234m.

Alison Coates-Howard

Group General Counsel

As Group General Counsel for nGAGE, Alison utilises 15 years of legal experience in both entrepreneurial challenger brands and international corporates to provide a careful eye on our global legal operations. Alison gained experience in varied in-house roles before finding her place at nGAGE in December 2021. Alison is responsible over a wide remit, and her expert insight has consistently proven to be invaluable.
